At Beverley Music Centre, our in house musical instrument workshop offers first class instrument repair and restoration services to all types of instruments including the violin, viola, cello and double bass.

With over 100 years combined experience, our violin, viola, cello and double bass repair craftsmen pride themselves on the standard of the repair and restoration service offered.

When working on all instruments our focus is on the preservation of the instrument and we will ensure that the instrument retains as much of its original character as possible

All work is fully guaranteed and we are approved repairers for Allianz Musical Insurance

String Instruments
Our in house workshop is set up to do all repairs to all string based instruments. Our fully trained repairers are experts in string repair, ranging from the repair of cracks & scratches to complete overhauls.

From a small repair to a violin to string replacements on a guitar, we will be happy to advise you on ways to improve the acoustic or visual appearance of your instrument, as well as repairing any damage if necessary.

Woodwind and Brass
Over the years we have developed a series of relationships with local trained repairers who we trust and know can deliver the same high level of service and repair quality as our own in house restoration team.

Woodwind and brass repairs are undertaken by fully approved local repairers who will collect and return your instrument to our shop.
